Defective products guarantee:
All products we sell are guaranteed to work. If there are any limitations to the items abilities, (dented filter ring on a lens for example), they will be clearly mentioned in the item's description. Some of our products have had repair work but even that is guaranteed. If anything you buy does not work to it's expectations, return it to us and you get a full refund, including shipping charges to you and back to us. If multiple items were purchased at one time, refund on shipping costs to you is based on percentage of package weight being returned.

If an item quits working properly within 10 years, just send it back to us for free repair or full refund. We even refund the shipping charges.

Personal satisfaction guarantee:
If a product works properly, but you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us and get a full refund on the purchase price plus the return shipping, but not on the initial shipping to you.

Damaged in transit:
All items over $10 sent to Canada or United States are shipped insured unless requested otherwise. You should inspect the item when you receive it so any damage caused during shipping can be dealt with properly. If you choose to not have a package insured, you are responsible for any damage in transit.

Consumable products: (film, batteries, disposable cameras, etc.)
All consumable, (or short life) products, are guaranteed upon arrival. If one of these items is found defective we must be notified within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price and the shipping

Returning products:
All products come with a warranty card. You do not have to fill anything out or send anything back to us, just keep the card somewhere so you can include it with returns. When you return an item, the card must be sent with it so we know you bought the item from us. Contact us BEFORE returning any item to us to make sure you get the proper address to return it to. If you are requesting a refund, you will get your refund once we receive the product. If the product arrives with any damage, the refund will be adjusted if it wasn't sent insured, so we recommend including insurance. We do refund the return fee and the insurance.

If a product is damaged by accident, misuse, or abuse, we will still give a partial refund, or repair the product for a minimal fee (if possible).
