We rate any used products we sell as follows:

A - looks like new, no visible marks, no damage
B - very minor marks, just enough to know it's not new
C - noticeable but normal wear and tear for a used item well taken care of
D - wear and tear shows item is well used or not well taken care of
E - minor physical damage that doesn't affect it's use or operation
F - physical damage that has some affect or limit on it's use or operation
